Buffalo Garlic Tofu

Ingredients

- 14 ounces extra firm tofu, pressed, drained (cut into bite-size cubes,1 package)
- buffalo wing sauce (i like franks)
- 1/4 cup butter (you can adjust this as you like, i like them buttery)
- 5 -6 several garlic cloves, peeled, lightly bruised (i typically use about 5-6)
Recipe
- 1 melt the butter in the pan over medium low heat, and add the garlic cloves.
- 2 and stir for about 1 minute or so.
- 3 add the wing sauce (i typically use about 1/2 a bottle, but vary it to your tastes) and stir for another minute or two.
- 4 stir in the tofu cubes, and stir until tofu is coated.
- 5 simmer, stirring occasionally, until heated through, about 3-5 minutes.
