Burgandy Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 4 lbs button mushrooms
  • 1 liter burgundy wine
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1/2 lb butter
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 4 beef bouillon cubes
  • 4 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 4 garlic cloves, peeled
  • salt
  • crusty bread, for serving

Recipe

  • 1 thoroughly wash the mushrooms.
  • 2 place them in a large stockpot.
