Butter Chicken

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup crushed ritz cracker
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • pepper
  • 1/2 cup butter

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven 375 degrees.
  • 2 beat eggs in a shallow dish and crush crackers into a separate dish (i used a storage bag).
  • 3 add garlic salt and pepper to cracker crumbs and mix.
  • 4 dip chicken in egg wash and then coat in cracker crumbs.
  • 5 place chicken in a 9x13 baking dish.
  • 6 cut butter into chunks and arrange around chicken.
  • 7 bake for 40 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
