Carmel Corn With No Corn Syrup

Total Time: 11 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 6 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 1/3 cup agave nectar
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 8 cups stove popped popcorn

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350.
  • 2 combine all of the ingredients but the popcorn in a small sauce pan. over very low heat, whisk the mixture until the sugar is dissolved and the butter is melted. do not let this get above 110 degrees.
  • 3 pour the mixture in to a large bowl. add the popped popcorn, and stir very well with a large spoon.
  • 4 put everything on a greased jelly roll pan, and bake for 6 minutes. remove from oven and stir. let cool for 3 minutes.
  • 5 enjoy. :).
