- 3 ciabatta rolls, halved
- 6 tablespoons apple butter
- 4 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1 1/4 lbs deli-sliced pastrami
- 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to broil.
- 2 line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- 3 generously spread apple butter and mustard on each roll half. top with pastrami and cheese.
- 4 place into oven and broil until the cheese has melted (2 minutes).
