- 2 cups bay scallops, washed, drained and dried
- flour, to dredge
- 1 cup fat-free half-and-half
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 dredge scallops with flour and put into a greased casserole.
- 3 pour on half and half, dot with butter and and season with salt and pepper.
- 4 bake for 30 minutes and serve from casserole.
