Baked Bays, Nantucket, Style

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups bay scallops, washed, drained and dried
  • flour, to dredge
  • 1 cup fat-free half-and-half
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 dredge scallops with flour and put into a greased casserole.
  • 3 pour on half and half, dot with butter and and season with salt and pepper.
  • 4 bake for 30 minutes and serve from casserole.
