Ingredients

- 6 firm pears, peeled and cored
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup whipping cream
Recipe
- 1 cut pears in half lengthwise.
- 2 arrange, cut side down on lightly greased baking dish.
- 3 sprinkle with sugar and dot with butter.
- 4 bake at 400* for 35 minutes or until tender.
- 5 pour whipping cream over pears.
- 6 bake 10 more minutes, basting frequently.
