Baked Pears In Caramel Sauce

Total Time: 52 mins Preparation Time: 7 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 6 firm pears, peeled and cored
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup whipping cream

Recipe

  • 1 cut pears in half lengthwise.
  • 2 arrange, cut side down on lightly greased baking dish.
  • 3 sprinkle with sugar and dot with butter.
  • 4 bake at 400* for 35 minutes or until tender.
  • 5 pour whipping cream over pears.
  • 6 bake 10 more minutes, basting frequently.
