Ingredients

- 1/4 cup butter
- 14 ounces kernel corn, with it's juice
- 2 medium carrots, thin sliced
- 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup red pepper, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon basil
- 1/4 teaspoon marjoram
Recipe
- 1 melt the butter in medium pot.
- 2 add all the ingredients to it.
- 3 cook until the carrots are tender.
- 4 approximately 12 to 14 minutes.
- 5 stir occasionally.
- 6 serve hot.
