Carrot Souffle

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 2 lbs carrots
  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Recipe

  • 1 cook the carrots until tender.
  • 2 mix all ingredients in a food processor.
  • 3 pour into a greased pan.
  • 4 bake at 350°f for 45 minutes.
