Ingredients

- 2 lbs carrots
- 1 cup melted butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Recipe
- 1 cook the carrots until tender.
- 2 mix all ingredients in a food processor.
- 3 pour into a greased pan.
- 4 bake at 350°f for 45 minutes.
