Chicken Durango

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 lemons, juice of
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 chicken breasts, split (or a mix of legs and breasts--your choice)

Recipe

  • 1 mix together all ingredients except chicken.
  • 2 place chicken in a baking dish skin up.
  • 3 pour sauce over chicken and marinate for 3-4 hours.
  • 4 bake uncovered at 350 for one hour or so.
