Blueberry Crumble

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 3 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375°f
  • 2 combine first 3 ingredients in an 8-inch square baking dish.
  • 3 set aside.
  • 4 combine oats, flour and brown sugar in a bowl; cut in butter with a pastry blender, until mixture resembles coarse meal.
  • 5 sprinkle over berries.
  • 6 bake for 30 minutes.
