Ingredients

- 3 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375°f
- 2 combine first 3 ingredients in an 8-inch square baking dish.
- 3 set aside.
- 4 combine oats, flour and brown sugar in a bowl; cut in butter with a pastry blender, until mixture resembles coarse meal.
- 5 sprinkle over berries.
- 6 bake for 30 minutes.
- 7 top with low-fat frozen yogurt.
