Broccoli Topped With Stuffing Casserole

Ingredients

• 2 (10 ounce) boxes frozen chopped broccoli
• 5 tablespoons butter
• 3 tablespoons flour
• 3 chicken bouillon cubes
• 1 1/2 cups milk
• 1/2 cup water
• 4 tablespoons butter
• 4 ounces herb stuffing mix

Recipe

• 1 cook broccoli until tender. drain. place in casserole that has been sprayed with pam.
• 2 melt 5 t. of butter over medium heat, add flour and bouillon cubes. stir. add milk.
• 3 cook and stir until smooth.
• 4 mix with broccoli in casserole.
• 5 topping: melt 4t butter. add water and stuffing. when water is absorbed, spread over broccoli.
• 6 bake at 400°f for 20 to 30 minutes.
