Ingredients

- 1 lb carrot
- 1/2 lb margarine
- 1/2 lb velveeta cheese
- butter flavored cracker
Recipe
- 1 pare, slice and cook carrots.
- 2 drain and put in buttered casserole.
- 3 melt cheese and butter over low heat.
- 4 pour over carrots, sprinkle with butter cracker crumbs and bake until heated through.
- 5 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
