Ingredients

- 1 (16 ounce) package baby carrots, whole
- 1/2 cup curacao
- 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 cook carrots in some water till almost tender. drain.
- 2 add the curacao and butter; heat slowly, stirring occasionally until carrots are tender and have absorbed the flavors.
- 3 salt and pepper to taste.
