Carrots With Orange Sauce

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • carrot (baby carrots or carrot sticks)
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • parsley (optional)
  • lemon juice (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 cook carrots until just tender.
  • 2 in separate saucepan, measure in the next 5 ingredients.
  • 3 heat until thick, stirring constantly.
  • 4 add parsley.
  • 5 if you think it's too sweet, you can add some lemon juice.
  • 6 pour orange sauce over drained carrots.
