Carrots With Orange Sauce

Ingredients

- carrot (baby carrots or carrot sticks)
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 4 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1 cup orange juice
- 3 tablespoons butter
- parsley (optional)
- lemon juice (optional)
Recipe
- 1 cook carrots until just tender.
- 2 in separate saucepan, measure in the next 5 ingredients.
- 3 heat until thick, stirring constantly.
- 4 add parsley.
- 5 if you think it's too sweet, you can add some lemon juice.
- 6 pour orange sauce over drained carrots.
