Chateaubriand For 2

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 ounce) beef tenderloin steaks, 1 1/2 inch thick
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Recipe

  • 1 rub the beef with the vegetable oil and season with freshly ground black pepper.
