- 3 lbs country-style boneless lamb ribs
- 1 cup apple butter
- 2 tablespoons ginger, spread (from trader joes)
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
Recipe
- 1 cook the lamb ribs until done, then slice thinly. mix all bbq sauce ingredients and smother lamb with sauce. cook on bbq or under broiler until crispy.
