Carrot Souffle

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 lb carrot, peeled,sliced,boiled until tender
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

  • 1 drain and mash carrots until fluffy.
  • 2 add other ingredients.
  • 3 mix well.
  • 4 pour into greased casserole dish.
  • 5 bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
