Ingredients

- 1 lb carrot, peeled,sliced,boiled until tender
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 drain and mash carrots until fluffy.
- 2 add other ingredients.
- 3 mix well.
- 4 pour into greased casserole dish.
- 5 bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
