Banana, Strawberry, And Cream Cheese Stuffed French Toast

Ingredients

  • Servings: 9
  • 2 loaves wide french bread
  • 1 (8 ounce) package soft cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons strawberry jam
  • 1 pint blueberries
  • 1 dozen egg
  • 3 cups milk (at least 2%)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 bag frozen strawberry
  • 1 quart fresh strawberries
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Recipe

  • 1 chop strawberries and bananas and cream together with strawberry jam and cream cheese.
  • 2 cut bread into 1 1/2 inch thick slices.
  • 3 cut a pocket into the bread but do not cut through the crust on the bottom.
