Buffalo Chicken Balls

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 cup frank's red hot sauce

Recipe

  • 1 combine the chicken, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. form into small meatballs, place on a baking sheet, spray with oil (pam) and bake at 400 degrees till lightly browned.
  • 2 in a skillet, heat butter and combine with frank's red hot. toss meatballs in the sauce, serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing to dip.
