Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- salt & pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 cup frank's red hot sauce
Recipe
- 1 combine the chicken, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. form into small meatballs, place on a baking sheet, spray with oil (pam) and bake at 400 degrees till lightly browned.
- 2 in a skillet, heat butter and combine with frank's red hot. toss meatballs in the sauce, serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing to dip.
