Ingredients

- 1/4 cup butter
- 6 carrots, peeled and julienned
- 1 cup green seedless grape
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt
- 3 mint leaves, chopped
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in skillet.
- 2 add carrots.
- 3 cover and cook about 25 minutes, or until almost tender.
- 4 add grapes, honey, and lemon juice.
- 5 cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
- 6 add salt.
- 7 add mint leaves just before serving.
