Cashew Crunch Brittle

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • 2 cups cashews

Recipe

  • 1 line sheet pan with waxed paper.
  • 2 put in sauce pan butter, sugar and corn syrup, bring mixture to a boil while constantly stirring until mixture is a light golden brown.
  • 3 add the cashews and stir to coat.
  • 4 immediately pour nut mixture into pan.
  • 5 chill until set and turn over onto a sheet of waxed paper.
  • 6 remove waxed paper from back of candy.
  • 7 break into serving size pieces.
