Cashew Crunch Brittle

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
- 2 cups cashews
Recipe
- 1 line sheet pan with waxed paper.
- 2 put in sauce pan butter, sugar and corn syrup, bring mixture to a boil while constantly stirring until mixture is a light golden brown.
- 3 add the cashews and stir to coat.
- 4 immediately pour nut mixture into pan.
- 5 chill until set and turn over onto a sheet of waxed paper.
- 6 remove waxed paper from back of candy.
- 7 break into serving size pieces.
