Allegra's Chessy Pie

Ingredients

• 3 large eggs
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter
• 1 unbaked pie crust

Recipe

• 1 melt butter.
• 2 mix eggs and sugar with mixer until well combined.
• 3 add butter, vanilla and vinegar.
• 4 pour into pie crust.
• 5 bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
• 6 serve with sweetened whipped cream, or whipped topping.
• 7 may add one cup of your favorite nuts before baking.
• 8 (pecans, walnuts, filberts or macadamias).
