Baby Carrots With Lemon And Parsley

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 3 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb baby carrots
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 put carrots in pan and cover with water.
  • 2 add the sugar and cook just til soft.
  • 3 drain& return to the pan.
  • 4 stir in butter, lemon juice and parsley.
  • 5 salt and pepper to taste.
