Ingredients

- 1 lb baby carrots
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 put carrots in pan and cover with water.
- 2 add the sugar and cook just til soft.
- 3 drain& return to the pan.
- 4 stir in butter, lemon juice and parsley.
- 5 salt and pepper to taste.
