Beth's Egg Sausate Souffle Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs sausage
- 1/2 lb cheddar cheese
- 3 cups french bread
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 4 eggs
- 3 cups milk
- green onion (1-2 green onions, just the green part)
Recipe
- 1 brown and crumble sausage.
- 2 spread into buttered 9x13 dish.
- 3 sprinkle on grated cheese.
- 4 spread cubed bread on top.
- 5 pour melted 3 t melted butter over bread.
- 6 mix flour and dry mustard and sprinkle on top of butter soaked bread.
- 7 beat eggs, milk, chopped green onions and pour over other ingredients.
- 8 allow to sit overnight.
- 9 best to rest 30 minutes or up to an hour before baking the next morning.
- 10 brush with an additional 2t melted butter.
- 11 bake at 350 degrees uncovered for one hour.
