Broccoli Casserole

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 2 (16 ounce) bags frozen chopped broccoli
  • 8 ounces velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 cup margarine or 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup margarine or 1/2 cup butter
  • 36 butter flavored crackers

Recipe

  • 1 thaw broccoli in warm water, then drain.
  • 2 melt 1 stick of butter, with the velveeta cheese.
  • 3 mix broccoli into the melted cheese and butter. then put mixture into a non-stick 8x8 casserole dish.
  • 4 crush the crackers, and sprinkle over the top of the mixture.
  • 5 melt the last stick of butter and pour over the dish.
  • 6 bake at 350°f for 40 minutes.
