Broiled Lobster Tails For 2

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 quarts water
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 2 (8 ounce) frozen lobster tails
  • 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon snipped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce

Recipe

  • 1 in large saucepan, heat water and salt to boiling.
  • 2 add frozen lobster tails; heat to boiling.

  • 15 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce.
  • 16 melt butter, add remaining ingredients.
