Ingredients

- 1 pint cottage cheese
- 1 lb monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 10 large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 4 ounces canned diced green chiles
- 1 dash salt
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- 2 combine melted butter and beaten eggs together.
- 3 add cheese and green chiles and mix well.
- 4 add flour, baking powder, and salt and combine thoroughly.
- 5 spread mixture evenly in a 9x11" greased baking dish and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
- 6 reduce heat to 350 degrees and continue baking for 35 to 40 minutes.
