Brussels Sprouts In Browned Butter

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • brussels sprout, fresh or frozen
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • nutmeg, freshly grated
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 cook brussels sprouts in minimum salted boiling water.
  • 2 drain.
  • 3 make browned butter by cooking butter in skillet over low heat.
  • 4 add brussels sprouts to butter.
  • 5 grate small amount of nutmeg over sprouts and salt and pepper to taste.
  • 6 toss to coat.
