Ingredients

- brussels sprout, fresh or frozen
- 4 tablespoons butter
- nutmeg, freshly grated
- salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 cook brussels sprouts in minimum salted boiling water.
- 2 drain.
- 3 make browned butter by cooking butter in skillet over low heat.
- 4 add brussels sprouts to butter.
- 5 grate small amount of nutmeg over sprouts and salt and pepper to taste.
- 6 toss to coat.
