Brussels Sprouts In Onion/mustard Sauce

Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs frozen brussels sprouts
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup minced red onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 1/2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 pinch granulated sugar
- fresh ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 cook sprouts as indicated on package.
- 2 drain well.
- 3 in deep fry pan over medium heat, saute onion, parsley, mustard, garlic, vinegar, sugar and pepper for 2 minutes.
- 4 add sprouts and toss to coat well; cover and cook until sprouts are heated thoroughly.
