Brussels Sprouts In Onion/mustard Sauce

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 1/2 lbs frozen brussels sprouts
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup minced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 pinch granulated sugar
  • fresh ground black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 cook sprouts as indicated on package.
  • 2 drain well.
  • 3 in deep fry pan over medium heat, saute onion, parsley, mustard, garlic, vinegar, sugar and pepper for 2 minutes.
  • 4 add sprouts and toss to coat well; cover and cook until sprouts are heated thoroughly.
