Brussels Sprouts With Lemon And Dill

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/4 lbs brussels sprouts
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 1 -2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Recipe

  • 1 trim brussels sprouts. rinse well.
  • 2 steam sprouts until tender. transfer to a serving bowl.
  • 3 add butter, lemon juice, dill, garlic, salt and pepper to hot sprouts. toss until butter is melted.
