Brussels Sprouts With Lemon And Dill

- 1 1/4 lbs brussels sprouts
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 1 -2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh dill
- 1/4 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Recipe
- 1 trim brussels sprouts. rinse well.
- 2 steam sprouts until tender. transfer to a serving bowl.
- 3 add butter, lemon juice, dill, garlic, salt and pepper to hot sprouts. toss until butter is melted.
