Cheddar Macaroni And Ham Casserole

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (14 ounce) package mac n' cheese deluxe (kraft)
  • 1 cup ham, chopped
  • 1 cup frozen peas, thawed, drained
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon mrs. dash seasoning mix (optional)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crushed ritz cracker (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 cook macaroni in large saucepan for 8-10 minutes. drain. return to pan.
  • 2 squeeze cheese sauce over hot macaroni. stir until blended.
  • 3 stir in ham, peas and milk.
  • 4 spoon into a 2 quart baking dish and top with cheddar cheese.
  • 5 mix crushed ritz crackers with melted butter; sprinkle over casserole before baking.
  • 6 bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until heated through.
