- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 tablespoons chopped green chili peppers
Recipe
- 1 in a skillet, beat butter and saute onion.
- 2 blend in flour.
- 3 gradually add broth, stirring to keep smooth.
- 4 add tomato sauce, garlic salt and chili.
- 5 cover and simmer 20 minutes.
- 6 spoon over your favorite burrito.
