Ingredients
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup sour cream (reduced fat)
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tablespoons scallions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a jar with a tight fitting lid shake all ingredients until mixed.
- 2 serve over iceburb lettuce wedges or your favorite salad greens.
