- 2 (20 ounce) cans apple pie filling
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 shortbread pie crust
Recipe
- 1 combine apple filling raisin and nutmeg; spoon into crust.
- 2 combine flour and sugar; cut in butter until crumbly. stir in walnuts, sprinkle over filling.
- 3 bake at 375°f degrees for 40 minutes or until topping is golden.
