Ingredients
- 1 lb butter, softened
- 1 cup canola oil
- 1/2 teaspoon extra-fine salt (optional)
Recipe
- 1 mix the soft butter (and the salt, if using) with an electric mixer till smooth.
- 2 slowly pour in the canola oil while still mixing.
- 3 keep mixing till all the oil is incorporated into the butter and the mixture is smooth.
- 4 pour into a container and refrigerate till solid again.
- 5 store in the refrigerator.
