Blueberry Crumble Pie

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 4 1/2 cups fresh blueberries or 4 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine
Recipe
- 1 place blueberries in a large mixing bowl. combine sugar and flour; toss into blueberries. add sour cream and stir to blend well. pour mixture into unbaked pie shell.
- 2 topping: in another bowl, combine brown sugar and flour. cut in butter until crumbly; sprinkle evenly over blueberries. bake at 450f for 15 minutes. reduce heat to 350f and continue to bake for 50-60 minutes, or until it just begins to spill over.
- 3 note: baking may take a little longer with late season berries that have a tougher skin - the pie is great served warm but best cold!
