Carrots Garam Masala

Ingredients

- 1 lb carrot, cut into matchsticks
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder (optional)
- 1 tablespoon cilantro leaf, for garnish
Recipe
- 1 cook carrots until just tender, 10-15 min depending on size of carrots.
- 2 melt butter in pan until browned.
- 3 add garam masala, salt, ginger and red chili powder if using.
- 4 cook 1 minute.
- 5 add carrots and toss to coat.
- 6 serve with cilantro leaves sprinkled on top as garnish.
