Broccoli Nut Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen broccoli
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 6 chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 6 tablespoons butter
- pepperidge farm herb stuffing (2/3 bag)
- 2/3 cup walnuts
Recipe
- 1 cook and drain broccoli and place in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.
- 2 in a medium saucepan melt 1/2 c butter and add flour and bouillon cubes.
- 3 gradually add milk and cook until thick and bouillon cubes have melted, stirring constantly.
- 4 pour over broccoli.
- 5 place stuffing and walnuts in a large mixing bowl.
- 6 melt butter and add 1/2 c water.
- 7 pour over stuffing and stir to coat evenly.
- 8 spoon stuffing and nut mix over broccoli.
- 9 bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
