Broccoli Nut Casserole

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen broccoli
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 6 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • pepperidge farm herb stuffing (2/3 bag)
  • 2/3 cup walnuts

Recipe

  • 1 cook and drain broccoli and place in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.
  • 2 in a medium saucepan melt 1/2 c butter and add flour and bouillon cubes.
  • 3 gradually add milk and cook until thick and bouillon cubes have melted, stirring constantly.
  • 4 pour over broccoli.
  • 5 place stuffing and walnuts in a large mixing bowl.
  • 6 melt butter and add 1/2 c water.
  • 7 pour over stuffing and stir to coat evenly.
  • 8 spoon stuffing and nut mix over broccoli.
  • 9 bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
