Brussels Sprouts With Green Pepper Celery And Onions

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb fresh brussels sprout, halved
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 cup sliced celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 place brussels sprouts in a saucepan with 1 inch of water.
  • 2 bring to boil.
  • 3 reduce heat cover and simmer 7 minutes.
