Bryse's Favorite Stewed Lamb Chops

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 6 lamb chops
  • 2 (16 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons garlic or 1 head garlic, chopped
  • 2 green bell peppers
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

Recipe

  • 1 place butter and garlic in large skillet and let butter melt.
  • 2 place lamb chops in mixture to seer.
  • 3 turn till both sides are browned.
  • 4 pour large can stewed tomatoes into skillet.
  • 5 cut onion on side making large circles place in pan.
  • 6 cover with lid and cook on medium heat till lamb chops are tender with fork touch.
  • 7 cut bell peppers up on side and place into pot.
  • 8 let simmer till peppers are easy to cut with fork.
  • 9 mix 1/2 cup of water with corn starch.
