Bryse's Favorite Stewed Lamb Chops

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 6 lamb chops
- 2 (16 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons garlic or 1 head garlic, chopped
- 2 green bell peppers
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
Recipe
- 1 place butter and garlic in large skillet and let butter melt.
- 2 place lamb chops in mixture to seer.
- 3 turn till both sides are browned.
- 4 pour large can stewed tomatoes into skillet.
- 5 cut onion on side making large circles place in pan.
- 6 cover with lid and cook on medium heat till lamb chops are tender with fork touch.
- 7 cut bell peppers up on side and place into pot.
- 8 let simmer till peppers are easy to cut with fork.
- 9 mix 1/2 cup of water with corn starch.
