- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1/4 lb butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 grease an 8x8x2 pan; preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 mix dry ingredients together; sift 3 times.
- 3 add remaining ingredients and beat briskly for 3 minutes.
- 4 bake 20-22 minutes (barely done).
