Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup melted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon beef bouillon
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 cup burgundy wine or 1 cup sherry wine
Recipe
- 1 saute onions in butter for 5 minutes.
- 2 add sliced mushrooms and cook 25 minutes.
- 3 add wine, pepper, garlic and beef bouillon.
- 4 simmer 20 minutes.
- 5 serve over lamb, chicken, rice or even as a side.
