Burgundy Mushrooms

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 1/2 lbs sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon beef bouillon
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup burgundy wine or 1 cup sherry wine

Recipe

  • 1 saute onions in butter for 5 minutes.
  • 2 add sliced mushrooms and cook 25 minutes.
  • 3 add wine, pepper, garlic and beef bouillon.
  • 4 simmer 20 minutes.
  • 5 serve over lamb, chicken, rice or even as a side.
