Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese, low-fat
- 3/4 cup buttermilk, low-fat
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon green onion, minced
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
Recipe
- 1 place cottage cheese, buttermilk, lemon juice, pepper and salt in a blender container.
- 2 blend until smooth, if too thick add more buttermilk.
- 3 stir in green onions and parsley.
- 4 serve.
