Century Plaza Low-calorie Buttermilk Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese, low-fat
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk, low-fat
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon green onion, minced
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 place cottage cheese, buttermilk, lemon juice, pepper and salt in a blender container.
  • 2 blend until smooth, if too thick add more buttermilk.
  • 3 stir in green onions and parsley.
  • 4 serve.
