B1 Brownies

Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons cocoa
- 10 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips, optional
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- 2 combine cocoa, butter and sugar.
- 3 stir well to dissolve sugar.
- 4 beat in eggs and vanilla.
- 5 quickly stir in remaining ingredients (except choc. chips).
- 6 spread batter in a well greased 8" x 8" square baking pan.
- 7 bake in a preheated oven for 40-45 min.
- 8 after removing from oven, scatter chocolate chips over top.
- 9 after a few minutes, use a spatula to spread melted chips over brownies.
- 10 let cool.
