Baked Vanilla Peaches

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 50 g butter
  • 4 peaches
  • 1 vanilla bean, halved, seeds scraped
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 300 ml wine
  • ice cream, to serve

Recipe

  • 1 pre heat oven to 160 c.
  • 2 grease small baking dish with the butter.
  • 3 cut a cross in the bottom of each peach.
  • 4 place cross side up in dish.
  • 5 top each peach with vanilla seeds.
  • 6 drizzle evenly with honey.
  • 7 pour wine into dish around peaches.
  • 8 bake 45 minutes or till tender.
  • 9 serve with ice cream.
