Ingredients

- 3 cups flour, not self-rising
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 5 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups milk
Recipe
- 1 add flour salt and baking powder in a mixing bowl. stir together.
- 2 add butter and mash in with a fork until you have crumbles.
- 3 add milk and mix well.
- 4 flour hands and kneed a few times.
- 5 either roll out and cut with a biscuit cutter or glass or tear off a piece of dought roll in your palms and pat flat.
- 6 place biscuits on a baking pan and bake at 475 for 10 to 12 minutes.
