Biscuits

Total Time: 22 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 3 cups flour, not self-rising
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 5 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups milk

Recipe

  • 1 add flour salt and baking powder in a mixing bowl. stir together.
  • 2 add butter and mash in with a fork until you have crumbles.
  • 3 add milk and mix well.
  • 4 flour hands and kneed a few times.
  • 5 either roll out and cut with a biscuit cutter or glass or tear off a piece of dought roll in your palms and pat flat.
  • 6 place biscuits on a baking pan and bake at 475 for 10 to 12 minutes.
