Buttered Maple Syrup Kumara

Ingredients

- 4 medium kumara, halved lengthwise, about 1 . 5 kgs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 125 ml pure maple syrup
- 40 g butter, melted
Recipe
- 1 dice kumara into 2 cm slices.
- 2 combine kumara with oil in baking dish.
- 3 bake, uncovered in moderate oven for 30 minutes.
- 4 increase oven temp to hot.
- 5 drizzle kumara with combined syrup and butter.
- 6 bake uncovered for 20 minutes, turning vegetables over once.
