Ingredients
- 2 slices toast, buttered
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 cup cheese, grated
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in a small saucepan.
- 2 stir in flour and salt. stir in milk gradually and continue stirring over low heat until sauce thickens and boils.
- 3 add cheese, stir until melted and pour over toast.
